A simple Bolthole for two near to Church Bay
Back

Up a steep, tangle of lanes and banks of hedgerows to the highest of Anglesey points sits Y Beudy. A bit of a mystery tour takes you to this little holiday cottage - a cute annexe to the owner’s home. It's a very simple space amidst a farm environment, with a couple of neighbouring caravans also poised to enjoy the view.

Originally the cowshed for the old farm, this section of the owners’ family home has been updated to be a warm retreat. A stay here is all about the views out over to West Mouse, the Skerries and the Irish Sea.

Full Description

A large, light-filled living room is comfortably unfussy, relax and drink in this landscape of outstanding natural beauty and watch the buzzards glide.

A calming bedroom is tucked away at the rear next to a neat shower room, ample for a proper drenching. The kitchen gleams, and although very simple, has all the kit you need. You have a lawn at the back to yourselves and seating for al fresco meals and star gazing at the front. Listen for owls and spot the flitting bats.

Things to do

"We’d love to leave some feedback and give you a review!
Me, Paul and puppy Max had the best few days at Y Beudy! So much so we booked a further 9 nights in April for the same property whilst we were there.
The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed. The whole house was spotless and the rooms were just the right size for our little family.
The views from the patio windows were stunning, we had sunshine and blue skies every single day we were there, which made the sea views even more perfect.
The owner Robin was lovely, available by text or phone if we needed him and he even waved at Max when he went by the annex, puppy Max was also determined to make friends with the adorable farm cats.
The perfect getaway and we can’t wait to stay again in April!"
