This beautiful family home, literally meaning “to see the sea”, is located on the clifftops overlooking Nefyn bay, with sea & mountain views from every window!
The house has been recently restored by the family to create a welcoming & comfortable holiday home. The interiors have been thoughtfully designed to create a homely yet modern feel incorporating many of the original features but adding a modern twist with the top spec kitchens and bathrooms.
Full Description
The light and airy entrance hall leads onto a comfortable sitting room and an open plan kitchen diner and patio doors leading out onto a pretty enclosed garden with seating areas and open fire ideal to relax with a glass of the local beer “cwrw llyn” after a busy day at the beach.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, a king & a double, a bathroom and a further WC.
There is also a relaxing reading room with a Juliet balcony and amazing sea views! The ideal spot to get away from the hustle & bustle and relax with a glass of wine and maybe catch a glimpse of the porpoises out in the bay or the fishermen heading home after a busy day.
Up on the “top floor” are another 2 bedrooms, a double (again with Juliet balcony and amazing sea views) and a twin looking out over Boduan mountain (with an iron age hill fort on the top!)
As well as the pretty rear garden there is a garden at the front with parking for up to 3 cars and “The Patch”, a hidden gem to watch the sun sets over the bay and on a clear day, the Wicklow hills and the ferries crossing over to Ireland!
