Mornant is a bright and spacious holiday house situated just behind the beach at Trearddur Bay. A perfect base for a family holiday.
Inside you'll find two separate sitting rooms, both with comfortable sofas and Smart TVs, as well as a dining kitchen and a utility room on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double with an ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms. There is also a separate bathroom.
The garden is delightful - an enclosed sheltered space that is ideal for children or dogs to burn away any leftover energy after a day out and about exploring the island.
There is private parking for two vehicles beyond the garden.
Fantastically positioned, Trearddur Bay's famous beach is less than a hundred-yard walk from the front door. And there is a great choice of restaurants and pubs, including The Seacroft, the Trearddur Bay Hotel and Driftwood Restaurant and Bar are all close by. Children will love The Sea Shanty with its extensive menu and ice cream parlour.
Mornant is a great choice for salty summer holidays or as a base for wild winter walking breaks using the stunning coastal path nearby.

Dog Friendly — One well-behaved dog is welcome. Two small dogs may be acceptable - please ask. There is an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay. Dogs must remain downstairs in the kitchen and the snug only, please.

Suitability — All three bedrooms are situated upstairs. The ground floor is generally level. There are steps down the back door into the garden.

Bedrooms — Mornant has three upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2: twin single beds, chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: twin single beds, chest of drawers.

Bathrooms — Two upstairs bathrooms: Bathroom 1: ensuite shower room with shower, sink and WC, heated towel rail. Bathroom 2: Family bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and WC, heated towel rail. One downstairs WC and sink.

Kitchen — Well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer (70:30 split), handheld food processor, toaster, cafetière and kettle. Dining table and chairs seating 6.

Utility Room — Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Sitting Room — Sitting room with sofas and Smart TV.

General — Mornant is centrally located in Trearddur Bay with easy access to the beach - just two minutes walk. There are good cafes/restaurants/pubs within walking distance. The Anglesey coastal path passes through the village and offers wonderful coastal walking towards both Rhoscolyn and South Stack.

Booking Details — Please note a 30% deposit (excluding last minute bookings) and a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Balance payment due at least 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
