1 Trem y Mor is a contemporary and spacious holiday house for eight in the heart of Moelfre - a little fishing village that is a bit of a show-stopper. Be inspired by the coastal views, unwind in light-filled rooms by the woodstove, or scramble down to the beach for family adventures.
Sleek with oak flooring, the open-plan first-floor commands the views with floor to ceiling windows and is warmly furnished with funky sofas. The woodstove will warm the cockles. On cooler evenings cosy up inside with books and board games in front of the fire.
A super kitchen - cooks will love the sleek, grey glossy units, masses of worktops, top-notch appliances and beautiful crockery.
Bring a haul of fresh seafood home, fire up the barbecue and gather the group on the balcony while the kids free-range in the big safe garden. The field and coastal views mean it’s quite the spot for lobster cooked al fresco on the BBQ. Or gather around the oak table and enjoy a meal with a view.
A king bedroom sits off the living space with a slick shower room.
Downstairs has a fresh feel with space and art on the walls. The main bedroom with its big patio doors to a terrace lights up any early morning; your peace will only be interrupted by the jolly cry of seagulls. The en-suite shower room is vast.
A cosy little bunk bedroom – perfect for children also has a handy desk and monitor. Next door is a spick and span family bathroom.
A restful twin room with an en-suite sits at the front of the house.
A roomy lawn for ball games means children will be able to run safely.
1 Trem y Mor is just a kayak’s paddle away from the shingle beach and salty air at Moelfre - you won’t have far to go to dip a toe in the waters. Moelfre is a quintessential fishing village tucked into the Anglesey coast with its little coves and paths. Best of all is the ice cream parlour! For those that cannot face cooking, The Kinmel Arms pub can lay on a feast or Ann’s Pantry has layers of cakes to plough through. Home to the RNLI museum with dramatic views of the sea that saw many a valiant rescue attempt by the brave crewman. It's a must-visit along with The Shabby and Chic gift shop.

Suitability — Accommodation is on two levels with bedrooms on both the ground and first floor and all living accommodation on the first floor. Access to the first floor is up a flight of stairs.

Bikes — No bike store but very safe on the rear terrace area and under cover - please bring your own bike locks. There is a hosepipe.

General — There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the house. The centre of Moelfre is less than 10 minutes walk where there is a pub, cafes, an ice cream parlour and independent shops. You can also pick up the Anglesey coastal path from here.

Booking Details — Please note a 30% deposit (excluding last minute bookings) and a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Balance payment due at least 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
