No 69 is small and perfectly formed. All in one space, the tiny kitchen has ample cooking stuff, a lovely big bed calls for lazy breakfasts in and a sofa to recline on. A bathroom that’s hard to beat with a walk-in large shower is just next door. You’ll find all you’d want in this snug space.
Locally you can kayak, swim, walk or cycle or do nothing at all. The Black Lion and the Lobster Pot and Wavecrest Cafe are lovely options for times when you prefer to eat out. And on your return, stars fill the night sky, and the owls hoot.

General — Beautiful woodland walks. Restaurant and two pubs within two miles. Bus stop within 1/2 mile. Please note that the country estate does offer grouse and pheasant shooting so, in the season, this may be noisy for one day each week between September and January.

Utilities — All utilities, bed linen and bath towels provided. Please note you will need to bring beach towels. Underfloor heating and constant hot water. Towel radiator in bathroom. No smoking.
