Cook incredible meals, using locally sourced ingredients, in the large dual aspect kitchen. With its large range cooker and family sized fridge you will be very at home here. Light the log burner and eat in the kitchen watching the fish in the tropical fish tank or gaze out the window at passers by. Warm and snug all will enjoy leisurely meals around the kitchen table.
Fancy celebrating in style then step across the hall to the formal dining room – here dinners become memories worth storing away. The majestic oil paintings gaze down on you as you gather around the vast antique table. Luxury!
Further along the hall downstairs you will find a cosy sitting room with a piano and television. Along from here there is a garden room with a Belfast sink to rinse away a sandy day and with plenty of space to hang coats, boots, wetsuits and beach paraphernalia ready for the next outing. There is a very handy loo, basin and washing machine in the next room.
Through the garden door you will find raised beds overflowing with flowering jewels and a greenhouse holding the promise of flowers to come. Eat outside on sunny evenings and enjoy a glass or two of chilled wine while you plan the next adventure. Along the path you walk to the gate where you will find the private parking – a real luxury in Beaumaris.
A sweeping staircase guides you up to a wonderfully proportioned drawing room from which you can gaze down on Church Street or across to the Church itself. The two enormous windows ensure this room is filled with welcoming light. Inviting white linen sofas, a desk the postcard writers of the world, colourful rugs beneath your feet and the glow of the log burning stove. This is a glorious room to gather in, where comfort is of the highest priority.
If the children want their own room to celebrate in then guide them to the playroom next door – perfect positioning so all can relax ! With games and toys galore they will love staying here.
Wander along the hall to the back of the house where you will pass a sparkling shower room ready to wash off today’s trip to the beach. Next door is a double bedroom with books galore – a bookworm’s perfect hideaway.
Upstairs there are three further bedrooms each as regal as the other. A twin room for children sits beside another twin for adults and children alike. A final double bedroom with access to the family bathroom completes this sleepy nest. The bathroom is enormous and the walls are decorated with wonderful fish swimming away while you soak in the free standing bath. This is the room to spend a few moments soaking away the stresses of everyday life. Perfection.
